Our planning methodology then takes us through a collaborative series of workshops with your business and technology teams to identify the options to achieving your goals- we help identify the technology and data solutions that can enable these outcomes. We offer a range of project assurance options from project health checks, ongoing assessment and support to project teams, sponsors and steering committees to provide continuous assurance as well as undertaking post implementation reviews. We take a pragmatic approach assessing projects again accepted methodologies as well as using our years of experience and common sense to assess key lead and lag project indicators to help avoid costly delays or changes to scope. We offer a range of options to suit your needs and can work with you to design an assurance process that will fit your needs and budget.
While we can perform health checks and deep dives on areas such as detailed planning and cut over planning etc, our preferred approach to project assurance is to provide the role of a critical friend to work with steer co’s and project teams to provide ongoing review and support on project plans, budgeting, design, scope and risk management, change and communication. Providing regular, concise independent reporting of project status to project governance boards. We aim to work collegially with the project team ensuring there are no major surprises.
Given the proactive nature of our assurance services our clients often gain the benefit of early insights of emerging project issues along with our support and input to help remediate these early or avoid in the first place. Our role in change is to be the support crew to let your leaders lead the change. Our focus is working with you to identify the impacts on your key stakeholders and teams to ensure they receive the right support and training to be ready to adopt the change early and successfully enabling you to avoid issue of poor adoption or retraining. Successful adoption equals early benefit delivery which is our key focus, We also work with sponsors and other key stakeholders to deal with change resistance and to ensure change is well communicated and stakeholders remain engaged and informed.
