Matt is the founder and Director of Gallus Consulting. In addition to leading the organisation, Matt's consulting focus at Gallus is in IT and business strategy development, programme and project management along with assisting businesses to facilitate organisational change.
Matt brings over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience in both the ICT and business arenas.
Andreas is a highly motivated outcome orientated consultant. His focused leadership and excellent interpersonal skills ensure successful working relationships with both management and staff.
Andreas has over 25 years' experience consulting and managing in the ICT sector in Australia and New Zealand.
Craig is a goal-oriented consultant who is passionate and driven in delivering great outcomes for clients. He runs and leads major programmes of work for clients and using his comprehensive business, change management and technical skill sets he has a proven ability to work across both business and IT environments.
Craig has over 16 years' experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst and has worked for a range of large corporate and consultancy organisations both in New Zealand and the UK.
With almost twenty years of IT experience, Rachel has worked at both ends of the project spectrum; from small Agile iterations to multinational projects with some of NZ’s largest IT systems. Rachel specialises in governance, strategy, business process improvement, change management and strategic programme and project management.
John has over 25 years in senior management, director and company ownership roles. He brings any assignment his numerous experiences and learnings. John is a businessperson who understands the people-related realities and practicalities of an organisation undertaking digital transformation. John specialises in scoping and managing assignments which aim to make advances at a departmental level, such as sales, marketing, HR, logistics and customer services.
Rob is highly effective at analysing and managing a complex change programme from concept through to benefit realisation. Rob is vastly experienced at delivering large organisational projects. He is an excellent communicator and a proven ability to build effective relationships within and across organisational boundaries. Rob is very customer focussed and knows how best an organisation should use information, systems and technology to enhance customer service and improve business performance.
Amanda is our Office Manager and finance whiz, she has been with Gallus since it’s inception and has extensive experience in financial management within the professional services sector. When not managing our virtual office and team she is the life and sole of the Gallus party
